Your Mind vs Algorithms
Level 1- NGMI
hello, as you all know I am not a human but a cyber space fox. It has come to my attention many humans are facing a dire situation and let it pass with ease due to the fact that it’s difficult to control and conqueror.
What we will be discussing today is known to many as “the Algorithm”
When we sleep our mind goes through the algorithm,
When we wake up, our mind goes through the algorithm formed by our habits.’
When we act, Our actions are based off our history with the algorithm.
The algorithm controls us and it is not just tik tok, you would be naïve to presume only a set few of algorithms exist when the truth is our entire lives revolve around algorithms. Your next action after reading this, are you even aware of what it will be? Are you sure you’ve been the one who has chosen this choice of habit? Or is it the programs that exits in the external world that feeds us into believing a certain way, to think a certain way and to act a certain way. Where does the truth lie and how do we know if we are in control ? We are stuck in an endless loop hole me and you, For many of us wish to KNOW and consume what’s happening in the world, not only do we WISH to know but our work forces us to know. Not only that but it’s pleasing ! Behind the scenes all of your interests are highly optimized algorithms to provide you dopamine a pleasure chemical within your brain. This chemical is what makes us act upon our biggest wishes and desires, it chooses if we will pursue thy task or if we should go a more lazy route. The increasing ability to manipulate and HACK minds through algorithms or other forms of artificial intelligence grows stronger daily. We are born into a world where algorithms choose our fate, until we decide otherwise.
What is perception? From light and sound it seems to be ripples and waves upon the ocean of light; frequencies which become numbers our mind takes and translates into experience, 101001 (1-9) code. A mind ran off programs, translating code.
We are surrounded by these numbers, everything is math. Our very decisions are calculations based off previous experience, how we feel, how we think. Then you must ask yourself where do these decisions come from in the first place? How would you even know the answer to that when you consume and consume everyday. Does it even matter?
Those who wish to make money, simply need to act and find a way to make money. So why should you care about the affect of algorithms? For the very reason you wish to make money is because the algorithms that exist today basically force you to if you want to survive in a world where you have access to “freedom”.
If we live in a world where we can no longer fully control the algorithms then we must become at MOST apart of the right algorithms that will be directing our decisions in the right path.
With algorithms you have a few ways of it,
You have humans who scroll through tik tok for 4 hours a day and stay lost in the sauce/never leave the rat race straight up slaves. I mean tik tok is NOTHING ! You think this algorithm is powerful ? Wait till what the future has in store, It’s just junk info..
You have humans who are consumed in the algorithm but still manage a good life but never reach optimal performance due to many of their decisions and dopamine comes from the algorithms they choose to constantly consume.
You have those who use the algorithm to their advantage, they use tik tok purely for business, they use twitter to post their creativity into the Web. They allow their minds in Cyber Space to have intellectual conversions that will expand their perspective.
it’s always this little loop hole where most of you are stuck on 2/3, you consume slightly because its informative but then you quickly lose yourself. It has to be more of an even hold onto number 3. You need to direct your attention into focusing on your creativity, sure you can consume but many of you take it too far. Just exactly how much did you need to consume after each project ?? You’ll quickly notice like “ oh shit I just did this project but I wasted hours consuming” which truly played NO benefit whatsoever, you don’t even have work to prove that it played an effective role.
I want you to pursue a being you’ve never experienced before, I want you to make money to pursue good health. The way of doing such a thing is analyzing the algorithms that control your everyday life. We are not always being’s we control, at times we can fall victim to irrational emotions. When your first human instinct that pops up… Is it really you or is it the process of all the algorithms that have hacked you. You must detach yourself from any initial reactions as they are but emotional human instincts. You have to analyze this emotion and view it, then freely act upon it how you wish. The whole point of presence is to watch all the thoughts that flow and when they come like a car, you do not get in the car. You let it drive away and you drive your own car.
Just imagine for a moment, when we are playing a video game. Your character is making these movements in first person view. But you are the one watching him in a 3rd perspective view. You cannot let your emotions choose your decisions because they have been formed by an outside program. You need to act rational, view yourself in a 3d perspective and observe. Just constantly observe yourself like you’re not fully attached, you need to have another being behind you studying your movements. Once you have that view, choose the rational decisions that play a key role in taking you where you want to be.
This is the most powerful way to detox yourself completely, I’m at the point of living where I don’t normally do this as often anymore as I used to because I’ve been able to form habits accordingly to my true self —- what nature wants. This detox is 30 days long because that’s how long it takes for your Dopamine levels to reset. The problem is that we often have forces that drive many of our daily decisions. So often times you’ll see almost like everyone say they cant do this lol.
By the way when I was a teenager, My first attempt doing this took me 3 months to actually do, I just had anxiety filled within me. Alone with my thoughts? How terrifying, I don’t want to hear what my minds has to offer. It’s as if these algorithms took so much control over my body that I was scared of my own self.
how insane is that ?
Day 01- No phones, no technology, no books. Only Food, Water, & pen n paper.
Day 02- Limit phone usage to a max number of 15 minutes, Your priority lies in meditation and feeling your bodily energy today, run, hit the gym. No music. Feel free to draw and write often how you feel/what you are thinking.
Day 03- No phone usage, ( you’re going to start lapsing) you’ll notice your body and mind cannot handle such low amounts of dopamine all of the sudden. You just went from stimulating yourself insane amounts for months to almost no stimulation. Focus on your body, feel free to write. No research nor consumption of anything online.
Day 04- You have more awareness and presence, you start having the ability to feel time more than ever as if every 10 minutes has been an hour. You’ll want to compound this feeling by going through things such as a Cold shower, Wim Hof breathing method and long periods of meditation. You can start listening to music now ! Play some bethoven or anything classical, try to avoid music with words you want to HAVE your own thoughts. When music with words plays, The lyrics consume your thoughts hacking your mind and rarely can you think through this if the music hooks you strongly.
Day 05- Today should be spent going on a long walk, sit in a park, feel the world and ground yourself. You are not allowed to check your phone, but you now are allowed to read a book of your choice. Choose one that will give you new perspective. Choose a creative artist try a book like “Gentlemen Burglar” perhaps where you get shocked from being outsmarted then you start playing an internal game of chess with yourself in a way. ( not actual chess ) Don’t read anything that will make you quit the detox by an urge to work/consume.
Day 06- Phone usage can now be 15 minutes a day MAX. Anything more than an hour will trigger your ADHD and you’ll start to lose focus very rapidly. Yes too much dopamine will trigger such a thing. For adults its around 3 hours actually and for kids at my age it’s an hour..
Day 07- Bare with me, this is starting to feel like a year has passed. You should start feeling different, sensations you’ve never felt before. You should start gaining more clarity and you’ll realize how you can feel like you can quit the challenge and easily make all the right decisions now. But this is a trap you need to stay with the challenge a bit longer, its essentially detaching your mind from being hacked from too many programs existing in the external world. You’re essentially living fully in your internal world doing such a thing and you’re doing it for long period of time.
Day 08- At this point within these past 7 days you have consumed a total of 45 minutes total of straight dopamine stimulation from the algorithm of your choice. You have to be careful, you’ll slowly consume more and more dopamine as your brain is calling for that DRUG once again, it wants the cheap/free dopamine. It needs it. But you need to act rational.
Day 09- More than a week has passed, Congratz. From this point on the challenge will go as follows.
You will avoid anymore than 15 minutes of usage on your social platforms such as discord, twitter, tik tok, Instagram, YouTube, Netflix, & tinder.
You will focus on 3 main things, Feeling your body, Mediating, and writing.
You can work on your projects and consume documents at most for research purposes, no video watching since it’s too stimulating.
After 30 days passes you are free to do whatever you like, I hope this gives you more clarity of your actions.
It’s crucial you start to write down what you’ve done daily from his point on, do not let your wary eyes close before you have written down your wrongs, what you did good that you wish to compound and what you could have done better. You need to start writing down a formula for habits so that you have an algorithm/program you follow. This is crucial because if you’re forced to make too many decisions throughout the day what will happen is known as “decision fatigue”. Which will cause us to choose worse and worse plays/calls as the day goes by..
