Greetings, Anon.
As many of you know, the term “metaverse” is spreading like wildfire. It’s often misrepresented, to the point where some articles claim Nike or Roblox is a Metaverse company. But fear not, I’ve dialed into where the real money is.
You need 0 knowledge in crypto, 0 knowledge in real estate. You don’t need a college degree or a $5,000 startup fund.
In fact, what if I told you you could get started with a measly $100?
For now, let’s begin the Introduction to Virtual Real Estate. This will help you go from $0 to $100,000 per year and eventually give you cash flow with a Fully Automated System:
Part 1: What Is Virtual Real Estate
Part 2: Why Should You Care About VRE
Part 3: How To Earn Money From VRE
Part 4: How To Automate VRE
What Is Virtual Real Estate?
Virtual Real Estate is the virtual version of physical real estate, or “virtual land.” Let’s look at a few quick examples of popular platforms where you can earn money from your virtual land.
My favorite platform that I personally specialize in is Roblox. For the older gentlemen who’ve never heard of it ;) … essentially Roblox is a metaverse platform where users are free to build virtual worlds, virtual clothing, virtual items, and really feel limitless. The beauty behind Roblox is that it costs nothing at all to get started! Hence why they have over 1 Million young developers actively building, and another 40 Million active monthly players.
With Virtual Real Estate, you can consider anything you create, no matter the genre, a virtual property that can make you money.
The top virtual lands have Billions upon Billions of visits, earning millions of dollars in the process. Yes, this is true.
It’s difficult to consider any other platform an active competitor to Roblox, considering the audience size and its studio engine evolving to look more realistic by the day. No other platform competes with Roblox in these regards.
It’s the closest thing we have to a “metaverse” and anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool.
Something few understand about what makes Roblox special is that it’s fully reliant on Individual Creators. The audience has been there for years. All that creation has compounded over time, expanding off prior builds. Players have the opportunity to trade, earn, learn, and experience just about anything a developer is creative enough to build.
This is important to a successful Metaverse because with this functioning economy it doesn’t look like they’ll slow down anytime soon; the content is already all here. Hence players invite more friends, and that is an endless loop where more developers keep building to pique the interest of even more people. You cannot say the same for any other platform.
Why Should You Care About Virtual Real Estate?
Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube.. What do these three platforms have in common with Roblox? Can you guess?
That’s right, User Generated Content.
Actively right now, there is no bigger hub than Roblox for users to create, connect, and immerse themselves into.
I could be throwing numbers at you all day, but that’s not the point. Anyone with a brain can research for the drastically higher engagement numbers video games are receiving compared to social media platforms or places like Netflix.
The issue with most social media platforms is that there isn’t much to do, sure you can post a photo or stalk your friends. But that’s it. There isn’t a level of immersion beyond that, hence why Meta has decided to go all out onto the Metaverse. Not just Virtual Reality.. It’s clear as day that social media is dying…at least in its current form.
I don’t know about you, but while the boomers were busy texting on Instagram, I was messaging my friends on Roblox chat, actively experiencing hundreds of different virtual worlds, and speaking to thousands of people across the planet.
The biggest problem Roblox face’s right now is older players start to leave around the age 19 significantly, in fact half of the kids in the U.S 9-12 play roblox, similar numbers as Canada. I believe the Metaverse will grow in Web 3.0 due to DeFi and all the features crypto has to offer. Soon we will have an entirely new financial system. But not yet, we are very early to the crypto aspect. Roblox has begun that Introduction, it has the highest market share. Slowly MaaS’s will show up and it’ll start to introduce an entire demographic of people to Crypto, gamers. Such as Open Metaverse & Nifty Islands
I learned about the Roman Empire from a clan made by a random creator that claimed his place in the creator economy. I spent my time learning Grammar there, as most clans required it, having fun in the Star Wars genre from my favorite show as a kid. It really felt like I could do anything I wanted to, and if a space didn’t exist to satisfy my fantasies, I’d create it with a few friends.
I never experienced that using Instagram.
In fact, I’m confident enough to say I wouldn’t be the individual I am today if I hadn’t met the people I did on Roblox. They taught me how to listen, how to be disciplined, how to teach others, how to work with others, how to lead. I was able to take so many of these lessons into the real world that I’m convinced Roblox did more for me than school. I bet I’m not the only one.
So even if you don’t care…it matters because your kids will care. I cared and so do Millions of other young minds.
How To Earn Money From Virtual Real Estate?
Here are the main ways you can profit off your virtual land (in no specific order):
Game Passes
Engagement Payouts
Clothing
Events
Cases
Skins
Pay to Enter
Donations
You can earn in 8 different ways off a single Virtual Real Estate Project. But that’s just what we’re offered as Architects on Roblox right now; more will almost certainly be added. Virtual Real Estate will only evolve from here as we’ve seen with NFTs and Crypto Gaming such as P2E.
Can you imagine when Influncers or big corporations want to advertise themselves in your virtual world ? The payouts will just keep increasing from this point forward.
Since no company or institution exists to take a cut of your work, you have full ownership and take 100% of your profits. Unfortunately right now there aren't any main metaverse platforms worth noting long-term in the crypto space. We’re still a tad too early for that.
But considering we’re early, if you take action now the payouts will be significantly bigger in the future.
Now let’s explore the 8 ways to earn:
Engagement Payouts
Roblox pays you directly in Robux, the virtual currency of Roblox. So as players with a Roblox membership play your game, you’ll be earning simply by having people show up.
Game Passes
Players look to enhance their gameplay by paying for more fun and customized privileges, which is all done in Robux.
Clothing
Certain groups rely on morphs nowadays so the experience is more immersive, however some players choose to buy clothing from the group store regardless so they can dress up with your clothing in every virtual world.
Events
Some genres collect group funds to stake bounties on war. The winner of these events can take all the prize money at the end. This gives the players a rush and thrill to fight for something more than honor, especially if you give a % back to the players.
Cases
Depending on the genre and available items, cases offer a form of in-game trading where you can buy keys to essentially gamble for the chance to win something of your liking. These cases randomize rewards ranging from basic to rare.
Skins
Certain niches expand trading by giving players skins for their avatar, weapons or even pets, all with their own level of rarity. Player’s love to buy bundles of these skins, trade for them, or just play to earn them.
Obviously you can earn beyond these basic things. When you actually build an audience, you can eventually expand and use the community you’ve built to develop other key areas of profit.
If you truly want to earn from digital real estate, perspective is important. More architects need to understand that virtual worlds are evolving the way humans connect. This is basically the 3.0 of social media, going from simply posting photos and chatting to being fully immersed and creating entire digital economies.
How To Automate Your Virtual Real Estate?
The reality is the owner’s primary responsibility is building a strong foundation for their space to run without them. Just like major companies, the CEO isn’t responsible for deciding every last minor detail of the daily operation.
A good foundation will look different depending on the niche you’re entering, but I’ll generalize your essential to-do list (before you sit back on your beachfront house and take it easy):
Officers/Staff members
These are essentially your employees. They host the events for your group, enforce the rules, manage the Discord servers and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wanna know the best part about this? You don’t normally pay your Staff/Officers. In fact, basically 95% of groups run with free staff members who simply enjoy being around the space. They have fun doing what they do and don’t think twice about asking for any sort of payment. Amazing isn’t it?The actual virtual world
You need to ensure, depending on your niche, that the world is built with long-term adjustments layered down for the developers to fix/update things depending on the holidays, seasons etc.
Once this is built out, you really only need to check up every now and then. The virtual world doesn’t cost you anything to upkeep. It’s free. You simply need to pay your developers, which eventually pays for itself from the earnings of the virtual land.
Rules/Laws/Systems
Any organized group understands that rules are important. Just make sure they’re simple to implement. The officers are the ones who enforce it to ensure stability within the group.
Really, after these 3 main critical components are finalized, there isn’t much to do since you’ve established a team to do it for you.
The systems are put in place to ensure events are being hosted, engagement is being optimized and most importantly people are having fun 24/7 through your hub.

On top of all this Automation, my team is working on coding a Trading Bot that can run 24/7 and earn profits for you in Robux, which in turn funds your DRE or developers.
Soon to be released.
Getting started with $100
$5 Substack
Trading Bots - Some top earners with bots that have closed sales & keep the best configs to themselves, I’m estimating profits around ( 100k item value per month ( in roblox terms ) ) which in turn is around $240 USD/monthly which you can pay your developers with. .
Startup capital $80 to get the Trading Bot running fast
As time goes buy you can start the development of your virtual real estate project, if you want some information on how much certain builds cost here is a quick example of a UI being sold on the roblox developer forum.
As you can see this is around $150, which I’m sure you can negotiate down to an even lower price if you hire him for more projects.
The bot brings in $240 a month, which allows you to slowly and steadily lay a foundation for your game without spending significant money whatsoever, really 0 excuses once released. ((:
I’ll be looking to improve the bot’s functions over time and look to hire people to create even better trading config’s to ensure more accuracy with profits.
Don’t forget I’m just a Cartoon Fox.
This isn’t Legal or Financial Advice.
Really liked the understanding how this is going to change how people use the Internet, makes so much more sense now when you think about it being the predecessor of social media
